About us
The Foreigners Support Center is an organization created to help foreigners permanently residing in Turkey. We emerged from the Tourist Support Center, which has been successfully operating since 2019, and have now expanded our activities to provide support not only to guests of the country, but also to those who have decided to make Turkey their home.
Our mission
To eliminate language and bureaucratic barriers so that everyone can adapt, live and develop in a new country without stress and difficulties.

Our services
We provide comprehensive support in three languages (Russian, English, Turkish) through a 24-hour call center with professional operators.
- Information assistance on legal issues, migration, adaptation.
- Consultations on everyday issues: medicine, transport, social services.
- Interaction with government agencies: the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Migration Service, municipalities and other organizations.
- Organization of consultations with lawyers if necessary.
Our services are absolutely free - the center is financed by the Tourist Support Center.
Who can apply?
All foreigners permanently residing in Turkey, regardless of citizenship.
